Planetary Gemstones

Ratna Shastra prescribes nine primary gemstones, each carrying the concentrated pranic signature of a single graha. When the chosen gem matches a benefic or yoga-karaka planet in the kundli, and is set in the correct metal on the prescribed finger at a muhurta-purified moment, it serves as a continuous remedial amplifier of that graha’s favourable influence.

The Navaratna set comprises: Ruby (Surya), Pearl (Chandra), Red Coral (Mangal), Emerald (Budha), Yellow Sapphire (Brihaspati), Diamond (Shukra), Blue Sapphire (Shani), Hessonite (Rahu) and Cat’s Eye (Ketu).
