✦ 1. Digital Reports & AI Services
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered because each report is created exclusively for your birth data, delivery is electronic and instantaneous, and the intellectual work invested cannot be recovered.
Refund requests arising from incorrect data submitted by the user will not be entertained. Please verify your birth details before placing an order.

In the event of a genuine emergency — medical crisis, bereavement, or natural disaster — please contact us at info@vedicnakshatra.com within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Each case reviewed with compassion and discretion.
✦ 4. Duplicate Payments
If charged more than once for the same service, contact info@vedicnakshatra.com immediately. Confirmed duplicates refunded in full within 5–7 working days.
✦ 5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds credited to original payment method within 7–10 working days.
