“This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and VedicNakshatra, operated by Pankaj Sharma (Pt. Dr. Pankaj Madhav). By visiting, registering, or using any service on www.vedicnakshatra.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and freely accepted — without duress or coercion — all terms set forth herein.”

✦ 1. Eligibility

Use of this website is available only to individuals who are:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of India and their country of residence
  • Not previously suspended or banned from VedicNakshatra

✦ 2. Nature of Services

VedicNakshatra provides Vedic astrology services including but not limited to horoscope analysis, compatibility matching, astrological consultations, predictive reports, Panchang data, Nakshatra guidance, and related spiritual services. All services are for guidance purposes only.

✦ 3. User-Provided Information

The accuracy of all astrological services depends entirely upon the accuracy of information provided by the user. VedicNakshatra shall bear no liability whatsoever for errors, inaccuracies, or unsatisfactory results arising from:

  • Incorrect birth date, time, or place of birth
  • Approximated or unknown birth time
  • Any other inaccurate data submitted by the user

By submitting your birth details, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Refund requests arising from incorrect data provided by the user will not be entertained.

✦ 4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful personal and birth information
  • Use this website for lawful personal purposes only
  • Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without written permission
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with website functionality
  • Not use this platform for competitive intelligence, data harvesting, or research on behalf of a third party
  • Conduct yourself with respect and professionalism in all consultation sessions

✦ 5. No Commercial Use

This website may not be used for commercial purposes unless expressly authorised in writing. Unauthorised commercial use will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

✦ 6. Intellectual Property

All content on VedicNakshatra — including text, design, astrological interpretations, calculations, graphics, software, and the VedicNakshatra name and identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Pankaj Sharma (Pt. Dr. Pankaj Madhav). Reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

  • All payments processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices displayed in INR and USD as applicable
  • Full payment required before service delivery
  • VedicNakshatra bears no liability for declined transactions due to bank limits
  • All transactions subject to our Refund Policy

✦ 8. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By purchasing any service, you agree that:

  • Digital services delivered electronically are considered fully and irrevocably rendered upon delivery
  • Initiating a chargeback for a legitimately delivered service constitutes a fraudulent act
  • VedicNakshatra reserves the right to permanently suspend accounts of users who initiate illegitimate chargebacks
  • Evidence of service delivery will be submitted to Stripe and your bank in all dispute proceedings
  • Any legitimate payment concern must first be raised at before initiating any bank dispute

✦ 9. Right to Refuse Service

VedicNakshatra reserves the unconditional right to:

  • Refuse, cancel, or suspend service at any time at our sole discretion
  • Refund and cancel any order without obligation to provide a reason
  • Permanently ban users who abuse the platform, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, misuse AI features, or violate these Terms

✦ 10. Consultation Sessions

  • Appointments subject to availability
  • Recording of any consultation — audio, video, or screen capture — without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action
  • Unutilised subscription fees at time of termination due to breach will not be refunded

✦ 11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VedicNakshatra and Pankaj Sharma (Pt. Dr. Pankaj Madhav) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use or misuse of this website, violation of these Terms, or decisions made based on astrological guidance received from this platform.

✦ 12. Limitation of Liability

VedicNakshatra’s liability, for any cause whatsoever, shall at all times be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific service in question. Under no circumstances shall VedicNakshatra be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

✦ 13. Force Majeure

VedicNakshatra shall not be liable for failure or delay in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or third-party service failures.

✦ 14. GST & Place of Service

Where applicable under Indian GST law, the place of service shall be deemed as the place of the supplier. Users are responsible for taxes applicable in their own jurisdiction.

✦ 15. Dispute Resolution

Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact . 30-day good-faith window.

Step 2 — Mediation: Through mutually agreed mediator.

Step 3 — Arbitration: Under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). Seat: New Delhi. Language: English.

Class action claims are expressly waived.

✦ 16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of New Delhi, India.

✦ 17. Modifications

Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

✦ 18. Entire Agreement

This document together with all published policies constitutes the entire agreement between you and VedicNakshatra.
